FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it invoice rent by instalment?
Yes. The lease rent is split into instalments, each invoiced on its due date and followed until collected.
Does it follow lease renewals and expiry?
Yes. Leases close to expiring are listed so they can be renewed or the unit vacated on time.
Can I issue a statement to the landlord?
Yes. Each landlord’s share of the rent collected, after expenses, is worked out and a statement issued.
Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. The system supports Saudi e-invoicing phase 2 (integration): each till is onboarded with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and tax and simplified invoices are issued with their QR code and reported or cleared by themselves.
