FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle daily contracts with a deposit?
Yes. The contract is recorded with its period and rate, and the deposit is held, then refunded or deducted on return.
Does it record the meter out and back?
Yes. The meter reading and the condition are recorded when the asset goes out and comes back, and kept on the contract.
Does it charge late days?
Yes. If the asset comes back late, the extra days are added to the invoice at the contract rate.
Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. The system supports Saudi e-invoicing phase 2 (integration): each till is onboarded with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and tax and simplified invoices are issued with their QR code and reported or cleared by themselves.
